At Houseofrisu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
The product has not been damaged, altered, or stained after delivery.
The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number
Clear photographs/videos of the product
Photographs of the packaging, if applicable
A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Houseofrisu will arrange or bear the applicable return shipping cost.

For returns due to reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or may be payable by the customer.

Size Exchanges

If you have selected the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability and the product meeting our return conditions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected size is correct. We recommend checking the size chart before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or other reasons. Such exclusions, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
